  • Can I schedule videos with Capzool?
    You bet! Even free plans have the ability to schedule and publish unlimited video posts.
  • How does Capzool scheduling work?
    Capzool enables you to schedule content across all of your social media profiles, and see everything from a single calendar. Simply select the dates & times that you’d like your post to be published and Capzool will take care of the rest.
  • What languages can I find posts in?
    Capzool has content in English (Including US, UK, AUS, & CA). We are working to expand our creator community to the rest of the world and introduce additional languages soon!
  • Does Capzool have a referral program?
    Yes! All paid users receive a referral code in their welcome email. You can use your code to refer friends to Capzool and earn credits on your account. When a new user signs up with your code, they’ll get their first 30 days free on any plan and you’ll receive $29 towards your monthly subscription.

  • If posting is unlimited, what do you mean by “50 ready to use posts per month”?
    You can publish unlimited posts using your own content. However, Capzool offers content created by marketing professionals that is ready for you to use.
  • What type of content do I get on a paid plan?
    Paid plans enable users to access an unlimited library of ready to use posts, royalty free images, GIFs, and news.
  • What do you mean by “ready to use posts”?
    Capzool provides paid plans with ready-to-use posts (i.e. a professionally designed image and caption) curated for your industry and style.
  • What’s a social content calendar?
    The Capzool Smart Calendar ensures that you always have relevant content to post, every single day of year by curating and suggesting ready to use posts for specific events, holidays, and trending hashtags.

Billing

  • Do I need a credit card for a free account?
    Nope! All you need to create a free Capzool account is a valid email address.
  • Are there any contracts or commitments?
    Never. Capzool is a month-to-month subscription service. There are no contracts and you may downgrade, upgrade, or cancel anytime without penalty. When a paid account is closed, you’ll still have access to Capzool for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed on a recurring monthly basis. You can also get 2 months free if you choose to pay annually.
  • What is annual billing?
    Annual billing is a one-year subscription allowing you to pay one discounted payment instead of monthly payments. Annual plans can be downgraded or cancelled at any time and still have access to their plan features until the expiration of the one-year subscription.

  • What do you mean by “schedule unlimited posts”?
    Capzool is the only platform to offer a completely free, unlimited social media scheduler. This means that even on a free plan you are able to schedule an unlimited number of posts to social media using your own original photo, video, or GIF content.
  • What is a “social profile”?
    Social profiles are social media accounts (such as a Twitter account, personal LinkedIn account, or Facebook Page). With Capzool, you can post to multiple accounts (i.e. 2 LinkedIn accounts, 2 Twitter accounts, and 2 Facebook Pages) from a single dashboard.
  • Can I manage more than one business if I’m not an agency?
    Yes, the Capzool Brand plan, for example, allows you to manage 3 separate businesses on the same account. Whether they’re branches of the same chain or completely different endeavors, you can manage all of your business needs from a single account.
  • Do you offer special pricing for non-profit organizations?
    Capzool wants to support people in the world who are doing good things. That’s why we offer special discount pricing for qualified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. If you’re one, contact us with details of your needs and we would love to help.
